BRILLIANT BOOKS PAYMENT OPTIONS

The Brilliant Books Coaching Program is open to individuals 18 years or older. 

PAYMENT IN FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS: By paying in full for the Brilliant Books Coaching Program, you will be enrolled in the entire program, which includes 1-to-1 Coaching, Lesson Plans, Additional Resources, a Private Facebook Group, Bonus Materials, and a Free Gift. The program includes 1-to-1 coaching calls based on Lesson frequency. For 30-day course participants, 1-to-1 coaching will be conducted on a daily basis. For 90-day course participants, 1-to-1 coaching will be conducted twice per week. For 6-month course participants, 1-to-1 coaching will be conducted on a weekly basis. Once payment is submitted for the program, it is non-refundable and non-transferrable. By submitting payment, you agree to these aforementioned terms and conditions.

3-MONTH OR 6-MONTH PAYMENT PLAN TERMS & CONDITIONS: You will receive access to 1-to-1 Coaching, Lessons Plans, Additional Resources, a Private Facebook Group, Bonus Materials, and a Free Gift based on your payment frequency as detailed below:

3-Month Payment Plan: You will receive 1-to-1 coaching and access to the first 10 Lesson Plans upon payment of $999, as well as the private Facebook Group, Select Resources, Select Bonus Materials, and a Free Gift. Once the second payment of $999 is submitted, you will receive 1-to-1 coaching and access to the next 10 Lesson Plans and the Remaining Resources and Bonus Materials. Once the final payment of $999 is submitted, you will receive 1-to-1 coaching and access to the final 10 Lesson Plans. Monthly payments must be remitted on or before the due date listed on the invoice. If payments are not remitted on time, 1-to-1 coaching and Lesson Plans will not be distributed until a $999 payment is remitted. Once payment is submitted for the program, it is non-refundable and non-transferrable. By submitting payment, you agree to these aforementioned terms and conditions.

6-Month Payment Plan: You will receive 1-to-1 coaching and access to the first 5 Lesson Plans upon payment of $499, as well as the Private Facebook Group, Select Resources, Select Bonus Materials, and a Free Gift. Once the second payment of $499 is submitted, you will receive 1-to-1 coaching and access to the second set of 5 Lesson Plans and the Remaining Resources and Bonus Materials.

Once the third payment of $499 is submitted, you will receive 1-to-1 coaching and access to the third set of 5 Lesson Plans. Once the fourth payment of $499 is submitted, you will receive 1-to-1 coaching and access to the fourth set of 5 Lesson Plans. Once the fifth payment of $499 is submitted, you will receive 1-to-1 coaching and access to the fifth set of 5 Lesson Plans. Once the final payment of $499 is submitted, you will receive 1-to-1 coaching and access to the final 5 Lesson Plans. Monthly payments must be remitted on or before the due date listed on the invoice. If payments are not remitted on time, 1-to-1 coaching and Lesson Plans will not be distributed until a $499 payment is remitted. Book Contract: Tara Majuta, owner and creator of Brilliant Books Coaching, requires all participants to sign a Book Contract/Coaching Agreement once payment is remitted. This contract expresses that this arrangement is a coaching agreement between two parties (Tara Majuta, Coach and You, Author) where both parties are independent agents and are not in any employee and employer relationship. All book content created by you, the author, is considered property of you, the author. Tara Majuta and Brilliantly Forged, LLC does not own the rights to publish or receive royalties for any work produced by you, the author, while receiving coaching from any Brilliant Books Coaching Programs. Furthermore, all coaching materials, examples, resources, assignments, lesson plans, and supplemental materials are property of Brilliant Books Coaching and Tara Majuta and cannot be reproduced for gain or profit without the written consent of Tara Majuta.
